Sales Executive (additional business)

We are looking to recruit a Sales Representative to make a positive contribution during this exciting time by helping us grow the business with our existing customers in North America.
This position would be a good fit for someone who is aiming to advance their sales career or for someone who is seeking their first full-time sales role. You will work closely with the Sales team and Customer Success team to focus on upselling and cross-selling ProvenWorks products to existing customers.
Joining this small but mighty team, you’ll need to take initiative and be able to pick up new tasks quickly, get stuck in with a proactive attitude and be passionate about the success of our awesome customers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to our existing customers to ensure their current product usage is aligned with their needs and offer them additional licenses, seats, and other relevant products to improve their experience
- Monitor customer product usage using internal company tools
- Create additional opportunities with existing customers for other ProvenWorks products and work on them together with the New Business sales team
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify new opportunities for revenue growth
- Attend weekly meetings and provide updates on customer engagements
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Proactive with a positive attitude
- Self-starter capable of working independently but also collaboratively
- Excellent email etiquette
- Enjoy learning and contribute to process and systems improvement
- You must be eligible to work in the UK
Nice to haves
- Previous sales experience
- Experience using Salesforce (or any CRM system)
- Administrative experience

Placement
We are looking for self-driven and motivated students to join us for a year placement. Due to the size of our company, the role will depend on the needs of the business closer to the time. However, an example of the roles available include: Cloud Developer, Sales Administrator, Technical Support Agent.
