How to submit a case to ProvenWorks Support

Getting in contact

Email is the fastest way to get in contact with our ProvenWorks Support team and to ensure a thread of information is made available. Follow the steps below to get in contact:

  • Create a new email to support@provenworks.com.
  • Include a subject that describes the issue.
  • Add a body to the email providing as much detail describing the issue you are experiencing.
  • Write steps you have taken to replicate the issue. Attaching relevant screenshots can assist with resolving the case faster.

On sending an email, a case number will be generated, and the Support team will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.

Granting support access
